No irregularity means nthing wrong, nthing wrong = not
guilty...
if he is found guity for sex-for-grade, then obviously the grade
is questionable... if they found the grades were not tempered with
then why is he guilty ???
I find that very strange.
Once material goods and sexual favours have changed hands, it
makes the integrity of the girl's grades questionable at best. One
cannot say with certainty that the professor was being fully
objective while grading the student in question.
If the girl goes scot-free, I will lose all my respect for my
alma mater.
After all, Sun Xu got fined heavily and was forced to retake one
semester for saying a few nasty words online. I fail to see why a
case of academic dishonesty should go unpunished.
